Symptoms

  1. Inability to: bury eyelashes, horizontal smile, whistle
    1. Diplopia, ptosis, squint
      1. nasal speech, weak cry, nasal regurgitation of liquids, poor suck, difficulty swallowing aspiration pneumonia, cough during meals
        Poor head control
        Scoliosis, lordosis, protuberant abdomen, difficulty sitting up
        difficulty lifting objects overhead, scapular winging
        unable to do tight fist finger/wrist drop
        waddling gait, Gower’s sign Difficulty climbing stairs
        inability to walk on heels\toes Foot drop
        Use accessory muscles
