      2. PATHOPHYSIOLOGY
        1. bacteria/virus

        2. TREATMENT
          1. severe cases - antibiotics /tonsillectomy
            1. conservative management (mild cases ) - increase water intake, increase rest,
              1. gargle with warm water/salt
                1. humidifier to moisten the air
