1. QLearn

   • Name and Context
     • Context:
       • The website is used by teachers and students to provide and access educational material, keep track of due dates and to submit assignments.
     • Name:
       • The website is called QLearn as it is Queensland's digital learning management website.
   • Aesthetics
     • The website is a mix of primarily blue, grey and white, with a bar on the left hand side that changes lets you change which classes page you are on, and main page with the content.
   • Website Features
     • The website features a navigation bar on the left hand side with classes and other useful features. There is a calendar that shows due dates and while in a class page, you can see the content.
   • User Experience
     • The user experience is overall pretty good as you can see all classes and what the content for each class is, pretty easily.
   • General Pros/Cons
     • Pros:
       • The website sign-in is automated as soon as you sign in with an eq address. This means that it automatically loads all classes and displays all active due dates.
     • Cons:
       • The website can be un-intuitive to use at times, especially when trying to find scaffolds or items that are not in the right section. The website also keeps all section locked until a teacher/supervisor unlocks the sections.

2. Outlook

   • Website Features
     • Features include: Email management, calendar and scheduling, tasks and reminders, and storing contacts.
   • User Experience
     • Overall, outlook has a very good user experience, with its navigation bar and efficiency to search previous emails/taks.
   • General Pros/Cons
     • Pros:
       • Email, calendar and contacts are all on one platform and easy to keep track of.
     • Cons:
       • The number of features can overwhelm users. Some features differ between desktop and web form.
   • Name and Context
     • Name:
       • Microsoft Outlook
     • Context:
       • Outlook is an email, calendar and productivity website/program that also integrates Microsoft's wider range of products.
   • Aesthetics
     • Clean and proffessional look with a mostly white and grey colour palette. There is a clear visual hierarchy that is easy to follow and makes sense.
