Organize the project based on how you work
Make sure the team has enough information about the work package to get the job done
Each work package has to be compact enough to make it easy to organize

An Activity List is a list of the activities we will engage in during the project.
The WBS has to do with WHAT the project, while the schedule has to do with HOW and WHEN
