- The store may send it to the wrong address
- The item you purchased may arrive in the wrong style

- If items are sent to the wrong address / come in the wrong style, etc the company would have to refund or return those items

- Some stores may be cheaper than others, meaning more expensive stores may lose customers
- Traditional shops may go into decline
- People may want goods directly, so would go to the store to buy it
- Stores spend money on hiring drivers and vans/lorries so may lose more than they gain in some cases
- Stores need to hire a lot of logistics people
- Specialist IT knowledge needed to set up a website
- If items are sent to the wrong address / come in the wrong style, etc the company would have to refund or return those items
