Mobile Phone Problems/Solutions

1. Battery/Charging/Power issuses

   • Remove battery and check the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI).
     • If LDI red, phone is liquid damaged = wont function properly.
   • Has the charger fuse gone?
     • Buy another charger
   • Is the charger broke/missing wires?
   • Is there anything in the charging port?
     • Clean out charging port

2. Cannot make or receive call

   • Signal = weak
   • Turn off and on again
   • Dialled invalid number
   • May have blocked a persons number or they may have blocked your number

3. Phone freezing/crashing

   • Have you dropped it?
   • Do you have free memory?
   • Do you have/using multiple applications at once?
   • Free up memory
   • Contact customer services
   • Verify you have free memory

4. Phone is really hot

   • Remove case
   • Close down any apps you are not using
   • Take battery out and leave it for 10-30 minutes then try again

5. Camera issues

   • Case covering lens
   • Ensure camera is 5 mega pixels
   • Contact customer services

6. Slow web or data

   • Restart phone
   • Verify you have at least 2 signal bars
   • Contact customer service
   • Ensure data is on

7. Cannot receive web downloads

   • Turn on and off
   • Verify your phone has at least 2 or more signal bars
   • Validate your internet connectivity
   • Check you have memory

8. Cannot access files on memory card

9. Voicemail issues

   • Verify you have signal
   • If you are aboard? Are you dialling the correct voicemail number?

10. Phone wont switch on
