   • Number of neutrons = Mass number - Atomic number
   • Relative charge = 1-
   • Relative mass = 1

3. Electron

   • Number of electrons = same as protons
   • Relative charge = 1-
   • Relative mass = 1/2000

4. Isotopes

   • Atoms of the same element with the same number of protons and electrons but different number of neutrons

5. Mass (nucleon) number is the number of particles (protons and neutrons) in the nucleus
