    1. Flying over congested areas

          Annotations:

          • Special VFR Flights may be authorised to operate locally within a Control Zone when the ground visibility is not less than 1500m, even when the aircraft is not equipped with a functioning radio receiver within CLASS E AIRSPACE.
        2. VFR Flight is permitted above FL 200 only with ATC Clearance.
          1. In controlled airspace with RVSM applied, the highest permissible flight level for VFR flight is FL 285.
