            1. Many businesses may only be interested in the profit they'll earn straight away (short term)
          2. Recylcing
            1. The sorting of items into groups according to the material they are made of, so they can be resused
              1. This reduces the amount of raw materials used and pollution caused
            2. Sustainability
              1. A measure of whether something can continue into the long-term future.

                1. Moral principles that determine decisions that are made

                  1. Constructed from sustainable materials, E,g; If made from timber, more trees are planted than used

                    1. Can be built on a site that had commercial buildings before- A 'Brown field site'. A resused site
                    2. Heating
                      1. Insulation will be used to use the least amount of energy as possible for heating, and efficient boilers will be installed
                      2. Decorating
                        1. Eco-friendly paint may be used to minimise the amount of fumes given off by the paint. The company will strive to limit the amount of pollution they create
                        2. Equipment
                          1. LCD monitors- use less electricity and fewer materials in their manufacture. Devices can also be used that turn off after a certain period of time. Energy efficient light can also be installed
