The skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur

1. To b able to manage money

   • Have a good maths knowledge to ensure that they can manage both starting up their business and making a profit from their business. Making sure they set and know their budgets for a successful business.

2. Productive

   • Making sure that they put their ideas into action.

3. Self reflection

   • Looking at what their positives and negatives and continue to work on both, to keep positive aspects up and work on the negatives to turn them into positives.

4. Confidence

   • An entrepreneur needs to be confident because then their team will be able trust that they know they will be successful.

5. Creative thinking

   • They will have to think outside the box and be able to think of quirky and in demand ideas.

6. Manage a team

   • Be able to be a good team leader and be in control of their team by not being afraid of telling them what to do etc.

7. Negotiation skills

   • Knowing budgets and working with clients and suppliers to ensure they are receiving the best price and this will lead them to having a successful business.
