          1. The park will feature a large amount of space
            1. large amounts of space allow for proper inclusion of key features of the park such as the cqafe and numerous amounts of playgrounds and seating areas
              1. Allows for sports to be played such as cricket and football, and also allows for recreational activities like throwing frisbys, flying remote controlled drones, etc.
          2. Legal responsibilities
            1. Consider risks to the health and safety of people visiting the park
              1. The park won't get shutdown by government authorities
                1. Will bring more people to the park because they are aware that it is a safe place for them and their family
                2. Netting around the higher levels of the playgrounds
                  1. decreases the risk of a child falling from the top of the playground
                    1. Allows for a parent to effectively supervise their child
                      1. Suing is a possibility if proper action is not taken to decrease this risk
                    2. Australian codes state that having an assembly area in-case of an emergency is required
                      1. This creates an area that allow for the park to be successfully evacuated at once with everyone accounted for

                          1. Smaller playgrounds create a friendly experience for children between the age of 2 and 6
                            1. Larger playground with more challenging activities create s a various experience that is most suited for children between the age of 6 and 12
                              1. This allows for the inclusion of more children, therefore bringing in more people to the park
                          2. Toilets
                            1. Numerous amounts of toilets must be situated around the park lands
                              1. This creates a comfortable experience for people that visit the park
                                1. The park is kept hygienic if everyone is going to the toilets instead of some bush
                              2. Bins
                                1. Numerous bins must be situated around the park
                                  1. Allows for people to get rid of their rubbish
                                    1. Keeps the park hygenic
                                      1. Rubbish doesn't end up in the ocean
                                    2. Bins must also be able to be picked up and securely closed
                                      1. Birds tend to get into bins that aren't securely closed
                                        1. This creates a noise problem and rubbish is scattered across the park
                                        2. If the bins can't get picked by machines such as garbage trucks then the rubbish cant be taken out of the park
                                      2. Cafe
                                        1. Numerous amounts of tables
                                          1. Allows for large amounts of customers
                                            1. Increases the value of the cafe
                                            2. Creates a more comfortable customer experience
                                              1. Increased chance for people to return to the cafe
                                            3. Large kitchen space
                                              1. Creates a comfortable for the chefs and baristas
                                                1. Cook and preparation time would decrease
                                                  1. Impressive wait times would bring customers back, increasing the value of the cafe
