Parent organisation and sponsor

Client who owns the project

Project team (in the form of a project manager)

Requirements is to balance competing demands like:

Identified requirements (need)

Unidentified requirements (expectations)

Scope\time\cost\quality

Stakeholders whom have different needs and expectations

Generally strategy of an organisation is delivered through Projects or Groups of Projects
