Bacterial cells have a simpler cell structure than plant and animal cells. 

Yeast is a single-celled fungus. Yeast cells have some structures that are similar to those seen in plant and animal cells. But the Cell walls in plants and yeast cells are made of different materials 

Many cells are specialized to carry out a particular function. e.g. sperm cells, nerve cells and muscle cells.
