The progression of the work
Method works in three parts:
Firstly, getting to trust the sensory work. Its really getting back to trusting yourself, your instincts and your realities. Then try sensory work in a monologue.
The second part is taking the sensory work and affective memories and putting them into scene work.
Third is the character work; the homework. They find the walk, the way the character holds his hands. The audience must not catch you working.
