4 Main Rules what NGB's do

Upholding the rules of the sport and punishing those who break the rules E.G. fining them or banning them. Promoting the sport to attract new players and spectators. Organizing international competitions E.G. organizing the rugby world cup and European championships etc. and also running the national teams. Organizing competitions withing the country like the avivia premiership league and the championship leagues, in rugby. The diagram below means that, if you have more participants in grass root levels, it then means that there will be more participants that are at elite level.
