2.1 Input devices and their uses
Input devices - devices used to input instructions and data into the computer for processing.
All computers come with a keyboard, which can be separate or on-screen found on tablets and smartphones.
Most computers use a GUI, which uses a pointing device such as a mouse or touch pad as an input device to make selections.
Sometimes a tracker-ball can be used with a GUI.
Other input devices used with desktop and laptop computers, tablets and smartphones include remote controls, joysticks, touch screens, scanners, digital cameras, microphones, graphic tablets, video cameras, and web cams.
