A metaphor for him being married to war, he is devoted to war like a husband is devoted to his wife. Could suggest he is a God of war and Bellona is Goddess of war. - 3“So fair and foul a day I have not seen”First line from Macbeth, could foreshadow that he will meet the witches as he uses their words.
