Function of starch? Slow releasing energy, they can be easily stored as they compact, and a single glucose can be broken off and used during respiration in the body.
Structure of Glycogen
Function of glycogen? Glycogen is a form of sugar. It has branches unlike starch. It can be easily compacted and the bonds can easily be broken down
Cellulose Structure
Function of cellulose Due it being made up of beta glucose, the bonds are extra strong as the glucose has to be turned on itself. this means that is strong and acts well as a cell wall
