   • Solid state
     • Faster than magnetic drives
     • Lasts longer because there are no moving parts
     • More expensive than magnetic drives
   • Optical
     • Small and easy to move around
     • Comes in different types (CD,DVD,BLUE-RAY,RW)
     • Can be easily scratched
   • Magnetic
     • Cheap but huge storage
     • Can break more easily than a solid state drive because of moving parts
