   • Cannot differentiate into any type of cell
   • Their role is to repair or maintain the tissue they are found in

3. Used for medical purposes

   • regenerates tissue
     • could grow organs

4. A cell that has the ability to become a different type of cell

5. used to grow human tissue

   • can then test drugs on this

6. used to inject into patients to replace body cells
