Kriteria :
H1 < 1 = tercemar berat/gangguan berat
H1 = 1 – 1,5 = tercemar sedang/gangguan sedang
H1 = 1,5 < x < 2,0 = tercemar ringan/gangguan ringan
H1 > 2 = belum tercemar/belum terganggu (Lee et al., 1978) - 12Indeks keanekaan Simpson D = Σ ( ni/N)2 I = 1 – DI = Indeks keanekaan Simpson
D = Resiprok
ni = jumlah individu dari masing-masing spesies
N = total individu dari semua spesies
