Quasi Contracts

• Quasi contracts are similar to Contracts, but not the same. Unlike Contracts, which are freely entered into by both parties, quasi contracts are created by the law. Although there is no agreement between the parties, the law imposes a certain obligation.
• There are 5 kinds of quasi contracts:
