Reflection

• Reflection - When waves bounce off an object
• Refraction - When waves travel from one medium to another their speed changes causing them to bend.
• Diffraction - When waves pass through a gap or around an obstacle they spread out after.
• Virtual Image - The reflected image is called the virtual image; it is laterally inverted and upright. The image is not permanent and is seen like it is behind the mirror.
