1. Advantages

   • People can work with their files on any device
   • Data can be backed up meaning it won't get lost and allowing to save storage
   • Files and documents can be accessed from different browsers and machines
   • The user will most likely not have to pay for newest updates and software
   • Software and all updates will be updated automatically not causing any trouble of downloading

2. Disadvantages

   • You can only access it when you have internet connection
   • Sometimes users can get copyrighted and lose legal rights to their original materials
   • Data stored online is vulnerable to security attacks
   • Web apps do not usually have as many detailed functions as a full software package
   • Sometimes more than a few gigabytes can be too much to store meaning you might have to pay for more strorage

3. Type of service

   • Processing- Allowing your data to be stored remotely
   • Storage- allowing your data to be stored remotely on the host's servers
   • Infrastructure- you can pay to use the host's hardware
   • Software- you can pay to use the software remotely
