1. IS /MEANS

   • Is a were were information is kept safely and is very easy to access and retrieve ,for example say a school was collecting information about every child such as how many days it was in school and if it was late for lessons or to school also the behavoir and all that info would be stored in difrent folders for every kid in school.

2. Disadvantages and advantages

   • The advantages are that it is very easy to access so you dont have to take a long time trying to open all of the info .
   • The disadvantages that anyone can easily access and find out facts about anyone .
