   • very cheap and easy to use
   • no need for software licenses
   • collaboration anyone can customise your documents

5. cons

   • weaker security systems
   • lack of control
   • poor reliability
   • 3rd party dependance
   • possible downtime : small business are dependant on unreliable cloud computing methods
   • inflexability : you have to use that certain programme for work- cannot transfer from other cloud computing methods
   • slow broadband speed and even slower on 3G
