1. Boolean operators

   • Use the AND operator if you want to find more than 1 thing
   • Use the NOT operator if you want to find a perticular thing

2. Rational operators

   • Use the equal operators to find something equal to something else
   • Use this operator < if you want to find something less than something else
   • Use this operator > if you want to find something greater than something else

3. Queries

   • Asending order: 1 2 3 4 6 8 15
   • Desending order: 365 124 32 11 2

4. Data validation

   • Add a validation rule to limit what people can do and prevent errors
   • Validation texts are optional and do not need to be used
   • Remember to use the boolean and rational operators to command the database in your validation rules

5. Using the correct data types will help prevent errors and limit what people can type. For example: Using the number data type for DOB will let people type any number, causing an error ,however Using the date/time data type for DOB then they will only be able to type a DOB up to today, preventing an error.
