   • Engage in supervision, volunteer to supervise OT students

   • Assume role as a Transformational Servant Leader
     • Aim to become a servant leader by engaging in active listening, being empathic, inducing healing, being aware of others, having foresight, being committed to the growth of others, and building community.

     • Aim to become a transformational leader, by getting to the root of the problem and modeling the way, while inspiring and empowering others to create change.
