1. TECHONOLOGY
Technology is the practical application of knowledge (science) and skills (technology) to create a solution (an object or a technological system) that allow human beings to satisfy their needs or problems.
Tecnología es la aplicación coordinada de un conjunto de conocimientos (ciencia) y habilidades (técnica) con el fin de crear una solución (objeto o sistema tecnológico) que permite al ser humano satisfacer sus necesidades y resolver sus problemas.

2. THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
The technological process consists of a series of stages that lead to the efficient solution to a problema or need.
Need or Problem - Ideas - Development of the idea - Construction - Verification
When a solution has been found, it is converted into a technique.
El proceso tecnológico sigue una serie de pasos ordenados que permite llegar de forma eficiente a la solución de un problema o necesidad.
Necesidad o Problema - Ideas - Desarrollo de la idea - Construcción - Verificación
Una vez hallada la solución, esta se convierte en técnica.
