Hyperthermia

Body temperature goes above the average temperature, above 38

It can cause thirst, dizziness, nausea, sweating, and dilated blood vessels

This can happen when you are exposed to dry and hot conditions for long periods or excessive dehydration.

Recommend resting in a shaded and cold area, removing clothes, or drinking cold fluids

Body temperature goes below the average temperature, below 35°C.

It can cause ped cold skin, pale skin, drowsiness, and difficulties in breathing

This can happen when you have been exposed to cold weather or immersed in cold water for long periods.

Recommend drinking warm fluids, Moving to a warm environment, Drying or rewarming clothes
