All files in cloud storage can be even retrieved or deleted. you can go on files everywhere,You don't need to download more storage. Some bad sides to this though are that most of the time it needs fast internet to download things. If the provider shuts doen there business perminently then you could lose all of your data.all of your data is saved on third party servers.Peter drury
