- 4What is the CPU architecture?Von Neumann and Harvard.
- 5What is the Control Unit and what does it do?It is in overall control of the CPU. Main job is to execute program instructions by following the fetch, decode, execute cycle.
It also controls the flow of data inside the CPU. - 6What is the ALU and what does it do?The ALU basically does all the calculations. It does addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
