- 1What are insecure systems?In other occasions the passwords to the system are just to weak meaning access is easily gained. Ensure that passwords are kept up to date.
- 2EnvironmentNatural disasters can affect the company during cyber attacks. This could be damage due to floods etc. Try to keep equipment off the floor and certain rooms to be resistant to natural disasters.
- 3PhysicalSystems can be compromised by theft or just gaining access to items physically (in person). Ensure that all rooms are locked and important equipment is locked away and secured in locked cabinets or filling cabinets if paper based.

Data theft. - 5Identity TheftPersonal details are lost. Theft. Could effect your credit course. Emotional well being. Trust of web services.
- 6Data DestructionData is lost. Money is Lost. Time is lost as key items have to be recovered.
- 7Data manipulation/modificationData is Incorrect. Wrong items are sent out to the wrong people. Incorrect funds allocated to the wrong people. Money is lost. Compensation.
- 8Data TheftData is lost. Trust. Loss of money. Loss of custom. Going out of business. The different effects that data loss can have on a company is people will lose money, they will lose customers, going out of business and time and trust of the business is also lost
