- 2A field is a the name of the column that helps to make up a record. For example, "first name".A record is information about one particular thing. For example all the "Lauren, Elizabeth, 2801, F" would be a record.

- 41) Alphanumeric/text This allows you to type in text numbers and symbols.Examples:
Forename, Surname, Address, Post Code, Car Registration. - 52) Number This allows a whole number or decimal number to be entered. Only numbers, no letters or symbols.Examples:
15, 21.35 - 63) Currency This automatically formats the data to have a £/$ in front of it, also insuring there are 2 decimal places.Examples:
£5.25, $1.30
