Health records

-Refusal of personal insurance.

-Loss of job opportunities.

-Altering records to give a false impression.

Name and address

-Interception of mail allowing access to further detailed information.

-Ordering of goods to be sent to your address and intercepting their delivery or selecting the option of sending the goods to another address.

Bank details

-Creation of mortgages, bank accounts and loans without your knowledge.

-Withdrawal of funds.

-Closure of legitimate accounts.

They need to protect these files from unauthorised access and theft and if they fail to do so, they will face a punishment which will be equivalent to the mistake they've done.
