Mark out to the reuired

Mark out the required shape and measurement

Apply a layer of oil onto the piece and use a piece of sandpaper to smoothen the sides

Is the side smooth enough?

Drill holes in the middle of the piece to be able to attach it to the Lathe machine

Is the shape okay?

Using the Lathe machine, cut the pieces to a perfect round shape

File the middle of the piece to allow the rod to stick in smoothly

Is the middle part smooth?

Using a filing machine, flatten the bottom part of the round piece to allow it to be attached to the table top

Polish the rounded sides as well as the middle part of the piece using the buffing machine to shine

Is the polishing okay?
