Danna Melo Spanish

Flowchart content

  1. ZERO

    CONDITIONALS

  2. We can make a conditional sentence with two present, one in the if clause and the other in the main clause.

  3. The conditional zero must be followed by the present simple

  4. We use the zero conditional when we want to talk about facts or things that are generally true

  5. EXAMPLE:

If I drink water, I am moisturized., If We study hard, We approve the exam., If She participates in class, She has a good mark

  6. For example: If the water reaches a hundred degrees, it boils, there are two clauses.

The if clause is if the water arrives and the main clause is boils they have something in common they both have a simple verb present

  7. Note that the result of the if clause is always the main clause.

  8. Putting "when" in the sentence will not affect and its meaning will be the same.
