IDENTIFICACIÓN DE PENTOSAS. REACCIÓN DE TOLLENS
Colocar 0.5 mL de las soluciones a probar en el tubo de ensayo correspondiente.
Agregar 1 mL del reactivo de Tollens y mezclar.
Calentar en baño María a ebullición por 3-4 minutos.
Una prueba positiva es un color rojo cereza.
Anote los colores obtenidos.
