Woman >50 years using progesterone-only pill, Nexplanon, DMPA or Mirena WITH AMENORRHOEA who wishes to stop contraception
Measure FSH
FSH >30 U/L on 2 occasions 6 weeks apart
Use contraception for one further year then stop
FSH < 30 U/L
Continue contraception
Check FSH after 1 year
