1. User Guide

   • These are manuals written in basic language which show information about how day to day tasks are carried out using the system.

2. Technician/ help desk

   • These are on site experts who can answer any questions about the system or fix it if it goes wrong.

3. Existing Users

   • Existing users may be able to act as a sort of technician and help other users how to do certain tasks if they are unsure.
