1. PERIMETER

   • distance of a circle is C=2 x pie x r (r is radius half of length) if doing half a circle ad times 1/2 to formula
   • arc length of a circle l =number of degrees in central angle divided by 360 then x 2 x pie x r

2. AREA

   • triangle -- 1/2 x b x h square -- s squared rectangle -- l x b parralellogram -- b x h trapezium -- 1/2 (a+b) x h rhombus -- 1/2 x X x y circle -- pie x r squared
   • converting square units -- * do swoop twice. km x 1000 : m x 100 : cm x 10 : mm/ 10 : cm/100: m/1000: km
     • hectares -- 100m x 100 m : 10 000 m squared

3. VOLUME

   • converting units of volume * do swoop three times. km x 1000 : m x 100: cm x 10 : mm / 10: cm/100 : m / 1000 : km
   • volume of a prism -- A x H
   • r: radius, h:perpendicular height, A:area of base

4. CAPACITY

   • first find volume then convert to capacity
