Observability

Observability
The system is observable for a time when the state at t0 is described
It's almost equal to an estimate
- That's because on practice a lot of parameters are not measurable so they need to be estimated
- This in order to achieve controllability
- That's because on practice a lot of parameters are not measurable so they need to be estimated
As in controlability the matrix need to be full rank aka the kind of matrices that have a determinant different to 0, only in discrete systems
There are two types of systems, continous and discrete
The system must be observable in order to see what is going on inside the system
Observability matrix
For complete observability a cancellation must not occur in the transfer function or in the transfer matrix
