2.1 Sorting Data

1. Algorithm - A logical sequence of instructions which leads up to a problem being solved.

2. Abstraction - Removing the irrelevant data and uses symbols and variables to represent the "Real world"

3. Computational Thinking - The use of computers to resolve problems

4. Decomposition - Breaking down large quantities of data into smaller pieces

   • Linear Searching
     • Each item is checked in order.
   • Binary Searching - A list ordered and then divided by 2 each comparison.

7. Bubble Sorting

   • Swapping elements in a list that are in the wrong order.

9. Flowchart - A chart that shows the process of inputs, outputs, and decisions made during problem solving.
