Types of databases

1. Flat

   • A singular graph usually with repeated data, easy to make mistakes.

2. online

   • Online databases store information usually from a website

3. local

   • Local databases are private and can only be accessed from one computer

4. Relational

   • These databases don't repeat data. instead the use related info and multiple tables so that way they only have to change it once and can't make mistakes as easy as a flat database
   • Entities
     • Based on the real world. E.g: employee, product
   • fields
     • Descibes the structure of entities. E.G: price, product name.
   • Relationships
     • Relationships

5. Network

   • Networks are shared and can be accesed by all allowed computers
