1. Atomic Number

   • Related to the numbers of protons in the nucleus or the number of electrons. It is also realted to the number of neutrons that are only neutral. It will also tell us the location of the element

2. Mass # (A)

   • The mass of the nucleus= Nucleons= The protons+ the neutrons

3. Atomic Mass

   • The abundance of the elements in nature.

4. Isotopes

   • They have the same atomic number, but differ in atomic mass and the number of neutrons.
