Logical and computational thinking
Objective of the class: Provide a high level overview of logic and computational thinking, including topics such as: Abstraction, decomposition, pattern recognition, and algorithm design.
What is logic and computational thinking: Logic is a science that sets rules for properly-ordered thinking. Computational thinking allows us to take a complex problem, understand what the problem is and develop solutions. We can then present these solutions in a way that a computer, human or both can understand it.
Decomposition and examples: Break down data, processes or problems into smaller, manageable parts. All computational problems can be broken to a simple language: 0-1/Yes-No/In-Out
