     • how well the web application can perform the task it is designed to do. This include the app being reliable
   • safty
     • the safety of the webapp consists of multiple things. How many errors the user can make, how severe the errors are and how easily the user can bounce back from the errors
     • and example of safety in the webapp would be to have a delete button to delete errors
   • learnability
     • the learnability of the web app would consist of how easy it is to learn
   • accessibility
     • an example of a web app having accessibility is if the app was programmed with diffrent languages for diffrent countries
   • utility
     • utility consists of two thing, how high the ease of use of the solution is and what degree of usefulness the solution provides
