   • Specific Objective
     • That the particpant is able to recognize the ability to identify, produce, treat,transform, and use information with a view to creating and applying the necessary knowledge.
       • Technology has driven the transformation of the global economy, impacting living standards, consumer preferences and has allowed the evolution of the industry.
         • The globalization of business is not a simple process. It is often seen as a process with positive effects, because it allows people and companies from all over the world to connect with each other. However for many, the process of globalization is under multinational companies.

2. Unity 2 The most used research methodologies in knowledge management and intangibles.

   • Specific Objective
     • that the participant identifies market opportunities before the competition.
       • There are two types of knowledge: tacit and explicit. Explicit knowledge: it is knowledge that is made accessible in the organization through effective technological means for those who know it.
         • The creation of knowledge and innovation: knowledge management is usually considered to refer to thinking, while innovation is oriented to doing.

3. Unity 3 The Strategic Management of Knowledge

   • Specific Objective
     • That the participant share perspectives, ideas, experience and information; and to improve efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge.
       • In the information age, organizations require various tools to capture and analyze the changes typical of the dynamics that characterize the current era, in order to efficiently develop a strategic direction.

4. Unity 4 The impact of New Technologies and Telecommunications.

   • Specific Objective
     • That the participant is able to address the problem of sovereignty in the field of TIC from the needs of our region.
       • Virtualization creates a new platform in the business that is made up of virtual resources, not physical equipment.
         • With the management of the imagination we refer to a discipline that allows developing a greater capacity for vision, necessary to look for solutions in current times and awaken the imagination among the managers and the human capital of any organization.
