1. Dates

   • Expiration Date
     • Compare expiration dates with today's date. When the expiration date is in the past, generate an alert.
   • Approval dates
     • In this case we search dates that are in the future, and report them.
   • Format problems
     • Detect when any date on the Data base was saved with an incorrect format

2. Duplicated Information

   • This validation has the intention to detect when a Registration number has CFNs duplicated on the Data Base. This process need to compare all the information to know if any rows on Excel are exactly the same (It is make for all registrations in the Data Base one by one)

3. Special cases

   • Shelf life inconsistencies
     • Detect when are information of Shelf-Life but don´t have sterilization method specified
     • Detect when are sterilization method but don't have a shelf-life specified
   • Block reason
     • In Brazil Data Base we detect when the status is block but there aren't a block reason

4. Missed information

   • We can detect when critical information is missed in the Data Bases
     • ANVISA Registration (BR)
     • INMETRO Registration (BR)
     • Vouchers(MX)

5. PDFs

   • Missed PDF
     • Identify if there is a pdf associated with each registration.
   • Name problems
     • Detect if PDFs are stored correctly. There is an standard to save PDFs

6. Detect when a CFN is present on Actives codes and unregulated sheets on Data Bases
