1. MODEL :

   • creating a spreadsheet that can help the compcany organise a prom
     • it must accept text such as:
       • text data
       • currency
       • numbers
     • it should calculate
       • overall income
         • a suggested ticket price
     • the model must be able to ask "what If" questions, for example;
       • if the price becomes to high you can consider how to reduce the amount
         • what would be the price impact If you changed the activities
           • what would be the impact if you did a fundraiser event before the prom

2. demo

   • need to demonstrate how a school can use your model
     • it must run on its own and last between 2-5 minutes.
   • it must include
     • your logo
     • info from your model
       • overview of the 2 options
     • audio commentry

3. tickets

   • school will offer a choice of designs, need to produce 2 sample tickets
   • it must...
     • be attractive & linked to 2 different themes
     • have placeholders (price,date)
       • include company logo
     • use text/images
   • make sure you get feedback frequently

4. review

   • answer activity review questions in activity 2 folder
